What’s the deal with black radishes?!?

The black radish is a winter delicacy. On the outside, it seems like a grumpy old root. On the inside, it’s lively, spicy and sweet. Here are a few ideas on how to eat it, and love it, from Huffington Post!¬†Personally, I like to grate it up with a bit of salt and serve it on the side, like a condiment or pickle. It adds a delicious kick to burgers, sandwiches and salads. This kind of piquant flavour is a great addition to your palette as cold and flu season moves in.
